  Production Time All items are produced after order is placed unless otherwise noted. Production time is 10 business days from the date the order is placed. Bulk or team orders may require longer production times, which will be noted when ordering

• Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your Athleticoutfitters.biz order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of your order for refund, replacement, or exchange less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in original condition, unwashed, and unworn. Items with custom name and/or numbers are not eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange. Contact our customer service department at 763-785-0661 to make a return claim and receive a Return Authorization number. Returns without RA#'s will be refused. All returns must be shipped to the address provided by the customer service rep. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Manufacturer or Decorater Error If you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged, an exchange for a correct item will be made. Customers do not have to pay return shipping fees or restocking fees in the case of error
